Privacy Statement:  Our privacy statement is simple.  We do not claim ownership of your personal information.  We use the information you provide to process your purchase, PERIOD!  GunGrips.net will not sell or give your personal information to anyone. 

RETURN POLICY:  The following policy applies to the 1st 30 days after the date we ship your grips.  After 30 days we will not refund your purchase price.  We do not refund the cost of shipping and handling.

GRIPS WITHOUT CUSTOM IMAGES OR MONOGRAMS:     If your grips are not customized and you do not like them, you can return them within the 1st 30 days after the date of shipment for a refund.  We charge a 15% restocking fee and we do not return the cost of shipping and handling. 

GRIPS THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED AND YOU MADE AN ERROR IN THE ORDER:     If your grips are customized and you ordered the wrong grips, selected the wrong option, or made some other mistake that makes the grips undesirable, you can return them for replacement, along with payment of 50% of the original price plus $7.00 Shipping and handling.   Personal check or money order is OK.  Describe in a letter (or e-mail) what needs to be corrected and we will remake your grips, incorporating the changes, and send you a new set.  If you just want to return the grips for a refund, send them to us and we will refund 50% of the original cost minus the cost of shipping and handling.


GRIPS THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED AND GunGrips.net MADE AN ERROR PROCESSING THE ORDER: 
If you feel we did not make the grips as specified in your order, send the grips back to us along with a letter or e-mail explaining what is wrong.  After we review the order and examine the grips, sample images etc, and it is determined that we are at fault, we will replace them or refund you the purchase price,  your choice.  If we find that we made the grips as specified in your order, we will return them to you with no further action.
